ODELIA is a chocolate brand born in Torino, combining Italy’s rich chocolate tradition with rigorous kosher craftsmanship and a modern approach to quality.

Torino Chocolate Heritage

Torino is one of the world’s historic capitals of chocolate.


It is here that the gianduiotto was created in the 19th century, a smooth hazelnut-chocolate praline born from local craftsmanship and the exceptional Piedmont hazelnut.

At ODELIA, we honor this heritage by crafting giandujotti in Torino using Piedmont hazelnuts and carefully selected cacao, respecting the original spirit of this iconic chocolate while meeting modern standards of quality and kosher production.
